KLIQ is an AI-powered professional networking and CRM platform that helps you manage contacts, meetings, events, and professional relationships. We provide AI-generated insights, relevance scoring, and networking recommendations to help you build stronger connections.

2. Account Responsibilities

When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Keep your login credentials secure and not share them with others
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

You must be at least 18 years old to use KLIQ.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use KLIQ to:

• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or bulk communications
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data from other users
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
• Upload malicious files, viruses, or harmful content
• Attempt to bypass security measures, rate limits, or access controls
• Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Abuse AI features by submitting harmful, deceptive, or manipulative prompts

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines.

4. AI-Generated Content

KLIQ uses AI (via OpenAI and Anthropic) to generate contact insights, meeting prep notes, relevance scores, and networking suggestions. This content is provided for informational purposes only. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated content before relying on it for professional decisions. KLIQ does not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated recommendations.

5. Your Content and Data

You retain ownership of all content you create or upload to KLIQ (contacts, notes, files, profile information). By using the platform, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your content solely to provide the KLIQ service to you.

We do not sell your data. We do not use your content to train AI models. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your information.

6. Intellectual Property

The KLIQ platform, including its design, code, branding, and AI features, is the intellectual property of KLIQ. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform without written permission. Your right to use KLIQ is limited to the license granted by these Terms.

7. Third-Party Integrations

KLIQ connects with third-party services (Google, LinkedIn, Outlook, Stripe) for authentication, calendar sync, and payments. These integrations are governed by each provider's own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.

8. Limitation of Liability

KLIQ is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, KLIQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to KLIQ in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon deletion, your data will be removed within 30 days per our Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or if we are required to do so by law. We will provide reasonable notice when possible.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notification. Your continued use of KLIQ after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
